Kierland Corporate Center is a Scottsdale, Arizona, Class A office building, located adjacent to Kierland Commons, a bustling “main-street” development of upscale shops, restaurants, entertainment, and residential options integrated into a cohesive community.
Having broken ground in February 2008, the expansion of the Kierland Campus is underway. The new construction, which will be located south of the existing building, will feature a 3-story office building, adding 81,600 square feet of premier office space. Suites will be offered beginning at 2000 square feet. The project features a new 339 space underground parking garage (in addition to above grade covered and uncovered parking), which will service the entire campus. The estimated completion date for the expansion is the 2nd quarter of 2009.
